Hi Liz,
I just received my frame and I was so impressed that I had to send you an email right away. First of all, the way the frame was packaged was fantastic! This means a lot to me and I was really taken aback by the attention to detail insuring that nothing would happen in transit, including the insert for the rear axle.
The paint itself is awesome too:-). I love the color and the application is better than I have ever seen, including the attention given to making sure the all pivot surfaces remain free of paint. I would not hesitate to send another frame to you and, in fact, will be sending another one to you at the end of next season.

I wanted to thank you for the time you spent with Eric on Wednesday. It was really above and beyond the call of duty. Your shop was most impressive too. The quality of the work that you folks do is plain to see in the quality of the shop that you folks do it in. What a great place to work. Eric was particularly interested in the work you did with the stenciling. He has worked for a few years in graphic production (he is the graphics designer for codegeek.net) but he never saw how the work that he does can be translated into something physical, and something so beautiful. All his art has been digital. I really appreciated the time you took with him showing how you do what you do. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving yesterday. Best wishes.

this is just to let you know that I have picked up the bikes from the Old Town Bike store and they all look amazing, much better than I expected. Thank you for the excellent work! While it is never good to have to do it for the reasons I did, in many ways I'm glad, as I now have bikes that look better than when they were new.

Hey Spectrum (Liz)....I just got my new Strong Frame yesterday that you guys did for me, I LOVE IT. I think I told you on the phone Liz that I can't believe how close it is to what I had pictured in my head. It rocks. The skulls totally kick butt !! I also appreciate the small Spectrum decal, you guys really understand this process, the red Spectrum decal on my other frame just would not have looked cool at all, the small one is just right. I completely forgot to even mention that, but you guys already had it figured out.
